Hi!
I’m a Registered Massage Therapist new to the Kootenays, and I’m excited to be settling into this beautiful part of the province. I grew up in Revelstoke and spent the last several years living on Vancouver Island, where I completed my training at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. I graduated in 2020 and have been practicing ever since.
My approach to massage is client-focused, intuitive, and grounded in evidence-based techniques. Whether you're a local looking to manage the physical demands of mountain living or a visitor needing to recharge, my goal is to help you feel more at ease in your body.
I divide my time between the beautiful towns of Nelson and Invermere, and am currently welcoming new clients in both locations. I look forward to helping you feel more relaxed, restored, and ready for whatever’s next!

This time includes interview, assessment, hands-on treatment and home care.

Please keep in mind your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours and it cannot be filled, you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. This cannot be charged to your extended health benefits and will be charged to your credit card on file.
